1. Are your tea sets truly handmade?
Yes. Most of our collections are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because they are made from natural clay and finished by hand, you may notice slight variations in color, texture, or shape. These are not defects but the "fingerprints" of artisanal craft that make your set one-of-a-kind.
2. Are your materials food-safe and lead-free?
Absolutely. We prioritize your health and the purity of your tea. All our teaware is made from premium natural clays (such as Zisha/Purple Clay and Stoneware) and high-quality glazes. Every piece is lead-free, non-toxic, and meets international food safety standards.
3. How do I clean and maintain my unglazed clay teapot?
Unglazed clay (like Yixing/Purple Clay) is porous and "remembers" the tea.
Never use soap or detergents. They will be absorbed and ruin the taste of your tea.
Simply rinse with hot water after each use and let it air dry completely with the lid off.
Over time, your teapot will develop a natural "patina" or luster from the tea oils.
4. How do I "nourish" my Tea Pet?
