Every tea set is carefully inspected and securely packaged by our team. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over $300.
  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $300): Calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 7 to 15 business days for North America, Europe, and Australia. (Please note that unforeseen customs delays may occasionally occur).

3. Secure Packaging for Fragile Items

Ceramics and porcelain require special care. We use premium, custom-fitted, shock-absorbent materials for every shipment. Your teaware is packed to withstand the rigors of international transit, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.

4. What if My Item Arrives Damaged?

While we take every precaution, accidents during transit can rarely happen. If your tea set arrives damaged, please do not worry. Contact us at service@zenteasets.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will swiftly arrange a free replacement for you.

5. Duties & Customs

For international orders, please be aware that your local customs authority may charge import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
