We believe your tea rituals should bring you peace and satisfaction. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are ready to assist you with a straightforward return process.

7-Day Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Returns Only (No Direct Exchanges)

To keep our fulfillment process exceptionally fast and accurate, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or color, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [service@zenteasets.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and a brief reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. (Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

Ceramics are fragile by nature. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will immediately issue a full refund or send a free replacement—no need to ship the broken pieces back to us.
