At 120ml, the pitcher holds one full teapot's worth of brewed tea β the classic gongfu sequence of brewing into the teapot, decanting into the pitcher, and pouring from the pitcher into the cup. The pitcher ensures even strength across every cup and stops the steep the moment you pour, which matters if you're brewing something sensitive to time.
